Concrete Protection - Lining to Pipes & Manholes

F.L.I. Environmental stud liner is a robust concrete protection system. It is designed to protect concrete structures in chemically aggressive environments. This "Cast-In" liner is manufactured from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polypropylene (PP)or Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE).

A key factor in the success of F.L.I. Environmental stud liner is its ability to bridge cracks in the structure. This ability offers a distinct advantage over other coating systems, which depend entirely on the integrity of the substrate for support.

As all the joints are welded, not glued the entire lining system offers the same high level of chemical resistance, avoiding the weaknesses found in non-homogeneous systems. The flexibility of the "cast in" liner system also enables it to tolerate some movement in eh supporting structure.

F.L.I. Environmental stud liner is also an economical solution, since service life of the concrete structure is increased and the maintenance cost are minimised. The system includes designs for sealing around pipes, protrusions and fixtures.

Prefabricated sheet structures can be tailored and prepared to specification. F.L.I. Environmental stud liner can be cast into new concrete or grouted onto existing concrete and even brick structures.
