CONCRETE PROTECTIVE LINERS

Concrete Protective Liners are manufactured from sheets of thermoplastic materials, such as polyethylene (P.E.), Polypropylene (P.P.) and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (P.V.D.F.) available up to 10mm thick.

One side of the plastic sheet is provided with a defined number of conical/dovetail anchor studs which are embedded into wet concrete, vertically or horizontally to provide hydraulic containment.  This form of positive interlock is capable of withstanding the stresses caused by the different thermal expansion properties of concrete and plastic.
