GEOGRIDS

Geogrids are plastics formed into a very open, grid like configuration, i.e., they have large apertures.  Geogrids are designed to provide tensile reinforcement in one (uniaxial) or two (biaxial) directions.  They function almost exclusively as soil reinforcement materials.

• Dike and berm raising
• Slope reinforcement
• Reinforcement over soft soils
• Veneer stability
